year in the sixth grade we’ve been learning about the countries and
culture of the Eastern
Hemisphere. As part of our curriculum at Edmund W. Miles Middle School,
we host an annual World’s Fair for our school, parents and community. This
year our event will be held on March 13, 2002. We begin the preparation

the fair. All sixth grade students will be the ambassadors of their
countries and will have a lot of knowledge and interesting bits of
information to share with visitors to the fair. Our first task is to write to the foreign embassies of our selected country.
