The Bronx Zoo essays represent our last school trip of the year. It also links the students lessons on endangered species with an actual hands on experience. The students participated in a scavenger hunt on site , combining their powers of observation within the backdrop of the Bronx Zoo. Upon our return to school the English Language Arts writing assignments included an essay on the trip as well as a PowerPoint Presentation using photos we took. |
